We require a $20 application fee to process your application. Married couples may pay a single $20 payment; otherwise, it costs $20 per applicant. You may submit this application, then sign your submission and pay at our office after viewing the available unit, or you may submit this application and pay the $20 screening fee via pay PayPal so that you can prescreen for this unit.

We automatically disqualify applicants if:

▪ they smoke
▪ any portion of their rent is paid by the HUD/Section 8 program
▪ they have been convicted of felonies against property or persons
▪ a credit report reveals unpaid child support
▪ they have been evicted from an apartment
▪ they owe rent to another landlord
▪ their pet is in excess of 20 lbs
▪ they are under the age of 18
▪ the tenant is neither guardian, parent, nor spouse to a joint occupant under the age of 18.
▪ they plan to have more than 2 people per leased bedroom
▪ they are a non-student with income less than three times their monthly rent
