These rules governing the placement of satellite television antennas apply to:

| Hillcrest House - 2401 Church Street - Abilene, Texas 79601 |
Satellite television antennas may not be permanently affixed to leased real property.
Satellite television antennas are prohibited at The Quarters and Hillcrest House without exception.
Satellite television antennas may be placed on balconies at Mesquite Square. They should be positioned on stands so that the entire antenna cannot be seen from any public area surrounding the leased premises served by the antenna.
Satellite television antennas cannot be placed in public space; they must be kept in leased space, i.e. they are permitted on balconies or apartment interiors and prohibited on lawns.
