In the meantime, you might try other sources to secure a new residence.  The Abilene Reporter-News serves as a good point of reference for pricing properties in the Abilene area and their classified ads provide a variety of leasing options.  Too, you might also try the Abilene Board of Realtors at 692-9821.  Each week, they compile a list of available rentals in the Abilene area from current Realtor listings. A copy of this list may be obtained at their office which is located at 626 S. Pioneer at the intersection of Pioneer and S. 7th Street.
